In this online masterclass, Professor Ard-Pieter de Man, co-author of How to survive the organizational revolution explained how emerging organisational forms such as the Spotify model, Holocracy, Agile, Rendanheyi and Self-organisation work. He also shared the criteria organisations must have in order to successfully implement them.
Ard-Pieter de Man PhD is boardroom consultant and professor of Management Studies at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This masterclass was based on his book, How to survive the organizational revolution?, co-authored with Martijn Ars and Pieter Koene. It was one of the top three must-read management books of 2020 (when the masterclass was conducted), according to the Dutch association of management consultants.
Ard-Pieter has published 15 books and over a hundred articles and is an internationally recognised thought-leader in the area of alliances, innovation and new organizational forms. He is a consultant to top-level executives in both profit and not-for-profit organisations. He advises them on strategy, organisation, external collaboration and business models.
